    I much prefer Ramon’s Ben-Hur to all others. Thanks, Allan, for remembering and reminding us of Ramon’s birthday.

    Truly one of the greatest of all silent screen actors. “The Student Prince of Old Heidelburg” a total delight, and I agree his Ben-Hur was the best. It’s tragic that like so many fine actors, his talents were never fully utilized in their maturity.
